Once the customer completes the process, the appropriate form can be printed and the data immediately transmitted to the claim or care management organization. webINTAKE interfaces with Allegro to fully automate the organization’s intake and set-up process optimizing data entry speed and accuracy, and eliminating costly claim submission lags. webINTAKE also supports compliance with insurer and regulatory EDI requirements. webREPORTS enables customers of insurers, third party administrators and managed care organizations to access an enterprise wide data management solution to generate meaningful claims, care and medical cost management reports using an Internet browser. webREPORTS interfaces with Allegro to permit real-time analysis of transaction and trending data across the customer’s entire organization or individual locations. A comprehensive reports menu contains user-friendly selection criteria so information can be date valued, sorted and subtotaled by client, employer and/or claim type. Customers can print reports locally or download and distribute to management staff throughout the organization using standard Microsoft Office utilities.
